Obituary of Roy Miller

Clifford “Roy” Miller, 80, of Marsing Idaho passed away at his home Friday, July 7, 2023.

Roy was born to Clifford and Adria Miller of Marsing on June 1, 1943. He attended school in Marsing. Roy was an independent truck driver, farmer and pilot. He took pride in his farm and enjoyed flying around the valley and visiting his friends at the coffee shop.  He had fun going to NASCAR Races, he had his own Sprint Boat to race along the Snake River and was a Boise State fan.  He was a member of the LDS Church of Marsing. 

Roy is survived by his wife Jolene Miller of Marsing; his children Tim Miller (Gwen) of Marsing, Kamille Simons (Shawn) of Hood River, Jeff Miller (Anna) of Nampa and 2 step children Joelle Jenkins and Tracie DeLeon; grandchildren Kristy Brown (Nathan), Jason Miller (Tori), Zack Samper, Jordan Samper, Christopher Miller (Kelley), Patrick Miller (Shelbi); 7 great grandchildren; and his sister Diane Simpson of Albuquerque, NM. 

Roy was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Richard “Dick” Miller.

At Roy’s request no funeral will be held. A private remembrance is being planned to honor him.
