I was always very fond of my great grandmother growing up I always loved when she was in town because I knew that there would be crafts and baking involved. She shared her love for raspberry Italian cream soda with me and to this day I get those cravings. Grandma always loved her vanilla häagen-Dazs Ice cream and without fail I would join my grandma every week to restock her ice cream supply along with a special treat from dairy queen. She was always so interested in what was going on in my life and made me feel validated and loved every day. My grandma pat was the strongest woman I have ever met and I try to be as strong as she was no matter what life threw at her she always found away to come out stronger and more wise. Grandma Pat will be missed dearly but always talked highly of.
